About Latisha K. Ojuriye, NCSP
Latisha Kareem Ojuriye is a nationally certified school psychologist, educator, and child–parent relationship trainer with more than ten years of professional experience. Combining personal and professional insight, she fosters resilience and compassion while helping families and students build skills to create meaningful change and improve children’s developmental and relational trajectories.
Before becoming a school psychologist, Latisha worked in the College of Education at New Jersey City University and taught Introduction to Psychology and Educational Psychology at both community college and university levels. She enjoys supporting learners across all ages and grade levels.
Her formal credentials include a Professional Diploma in School Psychology, a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology, and graduate-level training in Play Therapy and Child & Parent Relationship Therapy from New Jersey City University. She remains committed to continuing growth through independent research and ongoing professional development.

Kareem Education Consulting Services, LLC was founded in 2017 to help address the national shortage of highly qualified school psychologists. We share our expertise in intervention support and strategies for students with exceptional educational needs. The owner brings a diverse background in customer service, student services, and higher education—skills that inform our professional, principled approach to partnering with school districts. As a small agency, we provide a personalized touch to every account. Our owner is a nationally certified school psychologist with more than a decade of experience, ready to mentor and support districts as needed. Delivering exemplary services to our partners is our foremost priority.
